What to bring:

Comfortable and unrestrictive clothing.  A pair of shorts if your symptoms are lower extremity related.

Any diagnostic reports such as X-rays or MRIs

Parking:

Street parking is easily found on NE Tillamook or 43rd.  Please do not park in the lot behind the building as this is for tenants.

After Care Following Treatment:

1) Drink plenty of water.  Stay hydrated by drinking around 8 glasses of water a day to keep post treatment  soreness to a minimum.  Your urine should be pale yellow color if you are adequately hydrated.

2)  Avoid strenuous activity for 1-2 days following your treatment to allow your body to integrate its new healthy movement pattern.  Heavy lifting, prolonged gardening, and long car rides have gotten clients into trouble in the past.  Do your best to schedule your appointment where you can have some time to heal for a few days after your session.

3)  You may experience increased pain and/or soreness after your session that can last for 1-3 days.  Light activity such as walking and swimming are helpful during this adjustment to your new way of being in and using your body.  I especially recommend a walk around the block following your treatment to better integrate the changes that have been made.
